No, we want you to get your airline and hotel points! We will send you a guide for recommended arrival and departure times to best accommodate your package as well as our favorite hotels depending on your custom shoot location. You can either fly into Dallas Fort Worth International Airport or Dallas Love Field Airport. We recommend booking your flight as soon as possible after reserving your Luxury Service for the best possible rates.

If you need to reschedule your originally scheduled Luxury Service, you will be responsible for any penalties or extra charges from the Vendors that the Coordinator has previously paid for or will incur due to the rescheduled date, plus a $500.00 Rescheduling Fee. All rescheduled Luxury Services must be rescheduled within six (6) months of the original scheduled date.

Once payment is made, only a maximum of 25% of the Coordinator’s fees are refundable, minus any Vendor’s fees that Coordinator has already been obligated to pay.
